1. Repealed by Statute Law Amendment Act 2001 (No 2) A2001-56 pt 4.1 on 5 September 2001 (s 2 (1)) (see also Conveyancing Act 1919 A1919-6).
2. The Dedication by User Limitation Act 1902 (NSW) as in force immediately before 11 May 1989 continued to have effect in relation to National Land under the National Land Ordinance 1989, and as modified by that Ordinance. It is administered by the Commonwealth. A version of the National Land Ordinance 1989 including the collection of associated pre Self-Government laws can be viewed at the Federal Register of Legislation.
