1 Repealed by Land (Planning and Environment) (Consequential Provisions) Act 1991 A1991-118 sch 2.

2 The City Area Leases Ordinance 1936 as in force immediately before 11 May 1989 continues to have effect in relation to National Land under the National Land Ordinance 1989, and as modified by that Ordinance. It is administered by the Commonwealth. A current version of the National Land Ordinance 1989 including the collection of associated pre Self-Government laws can be viewed at ComLaw.
