1 This Act applies the Education and Care Services National Law set out in the Education and Care Services National Law Act 2010 (Vic), schedule as if it were an ACT Law called the Education and Care Services National Law (ACT).
2 The Education and Care Services National Regulations have been made by the Ministerial Council under the National Law.
3 Regulations made under the Law must be published on the NSW Legislation website (see the Law, s 302).
