Notes
1 This instrument amends the University of Canberra (Courses and Awards) Statute 1995 which was made under the University of Canberra Act 1989 (Cwlth) before the Act was converted into an ACT enactment on 30 November 1997 (by the Education Legislation Amendment Act 1997 No 66 (Cwlth), s 14). This instrument is not available on the legislation register.

2 Repealed by Legislation Act 2001, s 89 (1).
3 The repeal of an amending or repealing law does not affect the continuing operation of the amendments or revive the repealed law (see Legislation Act 2001, s 86).
