1 This instrument was made under the Land (Planning and Environment) Act 1991, s 60 and expired when Part 3 (Heritages) of that Act was repealed on 9 March 2005 by the Heritage Act 2004. Places included on an old heritage places register under the Land (Planning and Environment) Act 1991 are taken to be registered under the Heritage Act 2004, div 6.2 (see s 128) on 9 March 2005.
