Notes

  1. The Road Transport Reform (Dangerous Goods) Act 1995 is an Act of the Commonwealth. Section 50 of the Act requires notice to be given in the Government Gazette of the application, adoption or incorporation by regulations under the Act of any code, standard or rule. The Road Transport Reform (Dangerous Goods) Regulations 1997 (Cwlth) apply, adopt or incorporate the codes, standards or rules mentioned in this instrument. The Act and Regulations are accessible on the Federal Register of Legislation.

    Under the Commonwealth Act (sections 4 and 9) and the Legislation Act 2001 (section 309), the requirement to give notice in the Government Gazette can be satisfied by the notification of this instrument on the ACT Legislation Register.
  2. Repealed by Road Transport Reform (Dangerous Goods) Notification of Adoption of Code 2004 NI2004-356.
