1 The Australian Road Rules are applied in the ACT under the Road Transport (Safety and Traffic Management) Regulation 2000. They are to be read with, and as if they formed part of, that regulation (see s 6 (1)).
2 Repealed by Road Transport (Safety and Traffic Management) Australian Road Rules Incorporation 2010 (No 1) NI2010-113.
Despite its repeal, rule 266 and rule 267 continue to apply until 14 March 2011 under transitional arrangements by the Road Transport (Safety and Traffic Management) Regulation 2000, s 6A.
