This regulation was made as part of the Discrimination Amendment Act 2016 (see A2016-49 s 13 and s 14) and is taken to have been made under the Discrimination Act 1991 A1991-81 (see s 124 (1) as ins by A2016-49 s 13).

The Discrimination Regulation 2016 is taken to have been notified under the Legislation Act 2001 on the day the Discrimination Amendment Act 2016 was notified.
