Notes

1. This Act, s 6 and s 7 applies—
   • the National Energy Retail Law set out in the National Energy Retail Law (South Australia) Act 2011 (SA)^[1], schedule as if it were an ACT law called the National Energy Retail Law (ACT); and
   • the regulations^[2] under the National Energy Retail Law (South Australia) Act 2011 (SA), as an ACT law, called the National Energy Retail Regulation (ACT) in force under the National Energy Retail Law (ACT).
2. The National Energy Retail Rules^[3] (as modified by SL2012-29^[4], sch 1) under the National Energy Retail Law (ACT) are accessible at the Australian Energy Market Commission website^[5].
