1. The Fair Trading (Australian Consumer Law) Act 1992 applies the Australian Consumer Law set out in the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cwlth), schedule 2 (including any regulation under that Act, s 139G) as if it were an ACT Law called the Australian Consumer Law (ACT).
