  1. Despite anything to the contrary in the instrument, this instrument commenced on the day after it was notified under the Legislation Act, s 73 (3).
  2. Repealed by Legislation Act 2001, s 89 (1).
  3. The repeal of an amending or repealing law does not affect the continuing operation of the amendments or revive the repealed law (see Legislation Act 2001, s 86).
