1. This instrument was made under the Heritage Objects Act 1991, s 12 and expired when that Act was repealed on 9 March 2005 by the Heritage Act 2004. Objects included on an old heritage objects register under the Heritage Objects Act 1991 are taken to be registered under the Heritage Act 2004, div 6.2 (see s 130) on 9 March 2005.
