1. The Consumer Credit Code set out in the Consumer Credit Act 1994 (Qld), appendix applies as a Territory law under the Consumer Credit Act 1995, s 4 (a). The code, as so applied, may be referred to as the Consumer Credit (Australian Capital Territory) Code (Consumer Credit Act 1995, s 4 (b)). Because it was applied before the commencement of the Legislation Act 2001, the code is not a registrable instrument under that Act, it has been given a number for access purposes on the register.
2. Repealed by Justice and Community Safety Legislation Amendment Act 2010 (No 3), s 4 (2).
