1. The regulations in force under the Consumer Credit Act 1994 (Qld), part 4 apply as regulations in force for the Consumer Credit (Australian Capital Territory) Code (Consumer Credit Act 1995, s 5 (a)). The regulations, as so applying, may be referred to as the Consumer Credit (Australian Capital Territory) Regulations (Consumer Credit Act 1995, s 5 (b)). Because they were applied before the commencement of the Legislation Act 2001, the regulations are not a registrable instrument under that Act, they have been given a number for access purposes on the register.
