Notes

These rules were made as part of the Court Procedures Act 2004 A2004-59.
Rules expired 1 July 2006 (see Court Procedures Act 2004 A2004-59, s 100), but until 1 January 2007 continued to apply for the purpose of proceedings in the Magistrates Court as if they had not expired (see Court Procedures Rules 2006 SL2006-29, r 7010).
Approved forms made under the Magistrates Court (Civil Jurisdiction) Act 1982 (rep) are now approved forms under the Court Procedures Act 2004.
