  1. This regulation is an amending law and has been repealed because all its provisions have commenced (see Legislation Act 2001, s 89 (1)). Each amendment or repeal it made has been incorporated into a new republication of any laws that were amended.
  2. This instrument was disallowed by resolution of the Legislative Assembly on 18 March 2004—see Assembly resolution AR2004-1.
