This regulation was made as part of the Red Tape Reduction Legislation Amendment Act 2018 (see A2018-33, s 4 and sch 2) and is taken to have been made under the Tobacco and Other Smoking Products Act 1927 A1927-14 (see A2018-33, s 4).
Notification statement
The Tobacco and Other Smoking Products Regulation 2018 is taken to have been notified under the Legislation Act 2001 on the day the Red Tape Reduction Legislation Amendment Act 2018 was notified.
