This regulation was made as part of the Human Rights Commission Amendment Act 2023 (see A2023-29, s 4 and sch 1) and is taken to have been made under the Human Rights Commission Act 2005 A2005-40 (see A2023-29, s 4).
Notification statement
The Human Rights Commission Regulation 2023 is taken to have been notified under the Legislation Act 2001 on the day the Human Rights Commission Amendment Act 2023 was notified.
