Notes

  1. This plan of management was repealed by the Planning and Development Act 2007 A2007-24, s 428 (2) on 31 March 2008. Despite its repeal, it continued to be a plan of management under that Act (see s 467). Plans of management for reserves became reserve management plans under the Nature Conservation Act 2014 (see s 409). The continuing effect ended when repealed by Nature Conservation (Molonglo River Reserve) Reserve Management Plan 2019 DI2019-192.
