Notes
- Disallowable instruments made under the Nature Conservation Act 1980[8], s 30 and s 42 and in force on 11 June 2015 were continued in force under this Act, s 54 and s 105.
Under transitional arrangements by this Act, s 409 the following plans of management under the Land (Planning and Environment) Act 1991[9] (repealed) were taken to be plans of management under the Planning and Development Act 2007[10] and are now taken to be reserve management plans made under this Act:
